The watch was unfortunately been worn and polished to the point where the reference number and the serial numbers between the lugs have been diminished to essentially illegibility. Though, I have tracked previous ownership of this watch (via the uniquely one-of-a-kind, refinished dial), and it originally had a 137k range serial number, dating it approximately to 1956.  The dial, as just mentioned, was \"uniquely\" refinished. AKA, it was done poorly. If you'd like, I can refer you to one of the best dial restoration teams.
