Processing and Handling for all orders will be completed within two business days or less. Orders placed after 12 PM CST will be grouped with the following business day (ex. Order placed at 1 PM Monday will ship out by Thursday or earlier). If you need an order to be shipped sooner, please contact us with your expedited shipping request and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please keep in mind that "Business Days" exclude Sundays and major holidays.
Customers will receive an email with their order's tracking information once the order has been processed. This email will contain a link to actively track the package via UPS. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update. Shipping labels will be made in advance for processing, so tracking information will not update until the package has been scanned in and received at an official UPS center.
Please make sure that the shipping information you entered during checkout is complete and accurate. Please be aware that we cannot make any changes to the shipping address once an order has shipped. A complete and accurate address with your full recipient name will help prevent the package from encountering delays or misplacements during its transit.
Due to the supply chain issues that parcel carriers are facing and certain travel restrictions around the world, we are currently only shipping within the United States. Additionally, we do not ship to any other address that is not associated with the shipping information entered during checkout. For P.O Boxes, APO/FPO, or U.S. Territory addresses, please contact us before placing your order to arrange a potential shipment.
