Condition

Pre-owned in good vintage condition. There are signs of wear on the watch. We have not polished this since we have owned it. We cannot guarantee it has never been polished during its existence.  Please view all photos carefully to judge the condition.

DIAL: The dial appears to have been refinished at some point in its life! While the watch bears the original Halliburton Company Employee Caseback Engraving, the original box, and 1963 Warranty and Chronometer Paperwork. The dial is believed to be refinished, but done to look like it likely was originally, when presented to the employee. There are very few examples of the "Halliburton" Rolex Ref 1002 Employee Award pieces documented, but due to the logo and other small details, this one differs from those original examples. This is still a very cool and rare collector's piece in many aspects!
